The Iranian Navy's Damavand destroyer has sunk completely into the waters of the Caspian Sea, Iranian sites reported on Sunday.
Iranian sites indicated that the destroyer was injured 18 days ago, which caused the damage to a large extent and drowned two soldiers.
Damawand was hit by a wave of waves in the port of Ansley on the Caspian Sea in northern Iran, after strong winds.
The navy said that it was a technical reason behind the collision with the barrier as it approached the coast, stressing that the damage is simple, but military sources denied this, saying it was a serious damage, and continued rescue teams to search for the bodies of the military until they were taken out of the sea after days .
