[rtl]Economic expert Ikram Abdul Aziz stressed Wednesday that the Iraqi economy needs financial flows to develop its capabilities.[/rtl]

[rtl]"The national economy needs funds to cover the deficit in the federal budget for 2018, which is about 22.8 trillion dinars and also contribute to diversify the structure of the national economy," Abdul Aziz said in a statement.[/rtl]

[rtl]As for the financial compensation paid to Kuwait by the 1990 war signals that these awards reduce the size of Iraq's cash reserves. "[/rtl]

[rtl]She stressed that "the payment of compensation to Kuwait by the financial assets in the accounts of the daughter of the daughter of Saddam Hussein will be through if the central government approved in accordance with the coordination of relations with countries abroad to recover money smuggled abroad by the regime before 2003."[/rtl]

[rtl]It is worth mentioning that "an Iraqi government delegation asked Jordan earlier to hand over Iraq an estimated $ 28 billion deposited by Uday and Qusay Saddam in one of the banks in Jordan, but the government of the latter refused the Iraqi request to hand over the money."[/rtl]

[rtl]A number of specialists in the economy noted that Iraq's budgets for previous years and year (2018) lacked strategic planning, had no goals and visions to maximize state resources, and did not include expectations regarding unemployment, inflation and poverty.[/rtl]
