Parliament resumes holding its meeting headed by Jubouri Saturday 3 February

parliament resumed its ninth session on Saturday under the chairmanship of its president, Salim al-Jubouri , while a parliamentary source explained that the meeting will witness the completion of the Minister of Electricity and vote on the formation of a commission of inquiry on the Ministry of Finance selectively between the provinces in the development of grades, Parliament adjourned the meeting and held the next session. 

The source said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The parliament resumed today, its ninth meeting in the presence of 171 deputies and headed by Salim Jubouri, and intends to complete the questioning of the Minister of Electricity Qassim Fahdawi by MP Razak Muhaibis, and vote on the proposed law of the Information and Communications Commission."[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]


The source, who asked not to be named, said that "the parliament will vote on the articles that were inadvertently dropped from the bill to reform inmates and depositors, as well as complete the vote on the draft law of the Nursing Association," explaining that "the meeting will also include a vote on the draft law amending the law of the Association of Accountants And auditors ". 

The source added, "The bill will be voted on the second amendment law of the Sports Clubs Law No. (18) for the year, as well as the vote on candidates for membership of the investigative committee on the events of the district of Tuz Khurmato, and vote on the wording of the decision as the districts of Anbar province, Indicating that "the meeting will also vote on the wording of a decision to commit the institutions of the martyrs and political prisoners in the federal government to coordinate fully and unify the instructions and administrative and financial policies with the Ministry of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs in the Kurdistan region."

He pointed out that "the parliament will re-vote on the wording of a decision regarding the smuggled oil and money obtained from it, and vote on the formation of an investigative committee on the Ministry of Finance Directorate of the budget to selectively select between the provinces on the subject of the introduction of grades in the Ministry of Electricity and other ministries, Illegal (where do you get this) ". 

He explained that "the agenda also includes discussion of the proposed law of the first amendment to the Law of the Counter-Terrorism Authority No. (31) for the year 2016, and the report and discussion of the proposed law of the second amendment to the law to compensate those who lost part of their bodies due to the practices of the former regime No. (5) .
