"
The Iraqi government's desire that the international military alliance to fight Da'ash should become an international financial coalition that will participate in the reconstruction of the liberated areas and contribute to restoring stability. Many displaced people refuse to return to their areas because of the lack of an environment that attracts them after the destruction of their homes.
The financial adviser to the Prime Minister, the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, he felt that the Kuwait Conference will form an international financial coalition for the reconstruction of Iraq, similar to the International Military Alliance, which carried out air strikes against the organization and urged the arrows crushed and expelled from Iraqi territory.
Saleh said in a press statement that "Iraq needs the world today, because it removed the danger of them by ending the organization calling the terrorist in his land and prevent it from expanding to other countries, so the military alliance to turn into a financial alliance to support the reconstruction of Iraq."

Anbar provincial council member, Awdal al-Fahdawi, said that "Anbar province has a destruction rate of up to 80%, and the House of Representatives declared that it is a disaster zone, while the government did not allocate the funds for its reconstruction and therefore needs 20 years to build 25% .

"
"The other document, the document of the National Commission for Investment and Investment Environment in Iraq, where you will talk about the map of investment throughout the country."
He Araji, "The private sector has been affected a lot during the past years, and we have no means to any investment balance," noting that "investors in the provinces have made good achievements."
