Jordanian security officials have accused the daughter of former Iraqi president Raghd Saddam Hussein of leaving the capital Amman, officials said.

The newspaper "Rai al-Youm" said it had contacted some Jordanian government officials and Iraqi figures. They confirmed the truth of Raghad's remarks. "The Jordanian authorities have stipulated that they should not engage in any political activity. They have also reduced the borders of their movements and receptions inside Jordan, Under the control of the intelligence services to avoid causing any sensitivities with the Iraqi government. "

"This harassment is one of the main reasons for leaving Jordan to another Arab country that is believed to be Qatar," the newspaper quoted a well-known Jordanian figure close to Raghad Saddam as saying.

The Iraqi authorities, published yesterday, the list of about 60 names on charges of terrorism, and demanding their appearance before the Iraqi judiciary, including Raghad Saddam Hussein.
