    The Ministerial Economic Affairs Committee, during its fourth session held on Tuesday, adopted a number of resolutions and recommendations related to the economic and development affairs. 
    "The committee headed by the Minister of Planning / Minister of Trade and the agency of Dr. Salman Jumaili, has recommended to the Council of Ministers to exempt the borrowers from the Development Fund canceled all the benefits of the delay and the fines of their debts on the principal of the loan because of their delay In the payment, provided that the repayment of the principal (loan) within a period not exceeding 3 years and recommend the lifting of travel ban on borrowers from the Fund mentioned unless there are other issues of the borrower. 
    The statement added that "a recommendation was made to the Council of Ministers to oblige the Ministry of Commerce to cover the needs of the ration card of the sugar and oil produced locally in the industrial projects registered in the industrial development or the National Investment Authority and decided to form a committee headed by the Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister and the membership of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport and Director General Department The budget of the Ministry of Finance and the Director General of the National Investment Commission and the Director General of the Legal Department in the Prime Minister's Office and a representative of the Higher Coordination Body for the province not associated with the province, to study the proposal of the Ministry of Transport to amend the system Wages in civilian airports that the Committee shall submit its report within three weeks.
    He pointed out that "the Committee approved the request of the Ministry of Finance as the loan projects are bound by the loan agreements, and does not apply to them instructions to implement government contracts and instructions for the implementation of the federal budget and exempt them from fees and taxes for being an investment project that the project is included in the investment budget prepared by the Ministry of Planning.

    A ministerial committee recommends exempting borrowers from the Development Fund


    The Ministerial Economic Affairs Committee headed by the Minister of Planning / Minister of Trade Salman Jumaili Agency made a number of decisions and recommendations related to the economic and development affairs during its fourth meeting held today.
    According to a statement of the Ministry of Commerce, the committee recommended to the Council of Ministers to exempt the borrowers from the Development Fund canceled all the benefits of the arrears and fines on their loan due to delay in payment, Travel on Borrowers from the Fund unless there are other issues that the Borrower has to pay.
    In a statement issued by the ministerial economic affairs committee, the committee recommended to the Council of Ministers to oblige the Ministry of Commerce to cover the needs of the ration card of sugar and oil produced locally in industrial projects registered in industrial development or the National Investment Authority.
    The Ministerial Committee on Economic Affairs also decided to form a committee headed by the economic adviser to the prime minister and the membership of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, the Director General of the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance, the Director General of the National Investment Commission, the Director General of the Legal Department in the Prime Minister's Office and a representative of the Higher Coordinating Committee for the Governorate, The proposal of the Ministry of Transport to amend the pay system at the civil airports, provided that the committee submits its report within three weeks.
    The Ministerial Committee on Economic Affairs has decided to approve the request of the Ministry of Finance, considering that the loan projects are binding on the loan agreements. The instructions for executing government contracts and instructions for implementing the federal budget and exempting them from fees and taxes for being an investment project are not applicable to them, provided that the project is included in the investment budget prepared by the Ministry of Planning .

    The Ministerial Economic Affairs Committee decided to exempt the borrowers from the Development Fund from all the benefits and fines of their debts. 

    The committee, headed by Minister of Planning / Minister of Trade, Salman Jumaili, recommended lifting travel ban on borrowers from the fund unless there are other issues. 

    The committee said in a statement that it had recommended to the Council of Ministers to oblige the Ministry of Commerce to cover the needs of the ration card of sugar and oil produced locally in industrial projects registered in the industrial development or the National Investment Commission.
