    The world summit of governments will kick off in Dubai on Wednesday under the patronage of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). 
    The event begins with the participation of more than 125 countries around the world, 3,000 participants, 125 speakers and more than 70 different sessions, with a speech to US President Barack Obama via a closed-circuit television. 
    The summit will also be hosted by Rwandan President Paul Kagame, who presents his experience of saving a million citizens in his country from poverty. The World Bank President, Mr. Jim Young-Kim, the Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Jose Angel Gurria, and the UN Deputy Secretary-General Jan Eliasson The most important economic variables affecting the work of governments.
    The summit will be opened by the President and Founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, and HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, at the Summit in a key session entitled "The Doctrine of Integration" To explore a better future for the UAE. 
    Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the World Summit of Governments Mohammed Abdullah Al-Gergawi affirmed that the Summit is moving the world at its fourth session towards a new horizon of future vision for its industry based on the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as part of an innovative approach and a leadership philosophy that places man at the center of attention. 
    Al-Gergawi stressed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum directed the transfer of the summit to a new level that explores the future of man in all sectors, answering the questions of tomorrow and today and working to produce knowledge to enhance the readiness of governments to the challenges of the future in the near, medium and long term, making it a major development and knowledge contribution. And a platform that works throughout the year to improve services that benefit about 7 billion people. 
    "The UAE's embrace of this world-class summit reflects its prominent position in the international arena and its active role in many vital areas that serve communities and raise them to better living standards by promoting development," said Mohammed Abdullah Al-Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs.
