Abadi agrees to open a branch of the Federal Service Council in Kurdistan

Baghdad / ... Kurdish source in the Kurdistan Regional Parliament, on Thursday, the approval of Prime Minister Haider Abadi to open a branch of the service council in the region.
The source told "Iraq News" that Abadi agreed to the proposal to include the graduates of universities and institutes of Kurdistan appointments, explaining, that the Kurdish blocs are working at the moment to persuade Baghdad to pay the salaries of regional staff.
He added that " the provincial staff, and the conversion of cadres to Baghdad pay the salaries, pave the way to open the Service Council branch in the region, noting that al - Abadi agreed to the proposal to ensure that the share of graduates of universities and institutes of the region of appointments following the solution of problems between Baghdad and Erbil.
