signed the Oil Ministry, on Thursday, an agreement to establish a refinery in the province of Kirkuk production capacity of 70 thousand barrels per day. 

A reporter for Alsumaria News, said that the Ministry of Oil signed an agreement with an Iraqi company to establish the nationality of Mustafa inside Kirkuk. 

The correspondent added that the refinery will have a production capacity of 70 thousand barrels per day. 

The Energy and Oil Committee of the Kirkuk Provincial Council announced on Sunday (November 13, 2016) that a competent company has made an offer to build a refinery at a cost of 500 million dollars in the province, noting that the refinery operates 70 thousand barrels per day.
