    [ltr]The United States announced on Monday a meeting of the international coalition against a supporter in the Italian capital Rome on Tuesday.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The battle is not yet over against a staunch organization," US Defense Secretary Jim Matisse told a number of media ahead of his departure for Rome.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The focus of the debate will be the thorny issue of the fate of foreigners who have joined the Da'ash organization like the British who were arrested by the Syrian Democratic forces last January," said Pentagon official Cathy Wilburger.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"We are working with the coalition on the issue of detained foreign militants, and we expect them to return home," said Wilburger, who is in charge of the Pentagon's International Security File.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The leaders of the coalition are to make several decisions, including the possibility of intervention against the terrorist organization in Libya[/ltr]
