Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, warned of a direct threat posed by armed groups towards the international community.

Al-Sabah said in a speech at the conference of the ministers of the countries of the international coalition based in Kuwait, that the collapse of a positive reflects the commitment of the member states of the international coalition to combat terrorism.
He congratulated Iraq for its efforts to eliminate terrorism, which is a sham.
But the Kuwaiti minister said that "the international community is still facing a direct threat from armed groups and therefore we must create new horizons in the international coalition."
He also called for "the efforts of the Iraqi government to succeed in pursuing the perpetrators of terrorist operations."
