Twilight News / House of Representatives said Saleem al - Jubouri, said the council will cancel paragraph deductions for staff salaries from the budget law for 2018. 
Jubouri said in a press conference held at the parliament building, "Iraq went to withholdings staff salaries by 3.8% in 2016 go to the elements of the popular crowd." 
He added that the Council believes that the need for such amounts, so it will not be included in the current budget. 
He said Jubouri that the Ministry of Finance did not divert the target amounts from the salaries of staff members, the beneficiaries.
