[ltr]US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) worth $ 3 billion to support Iraq in a number of projects, confirming his country's support for the Iraqi prime minister in the fight against corruption and terrorism.[/ltr]
