    MP of the Union of Forces Raad Dahlaki, on Thursday, the Federal Court's response to the request of the Council of Ministers to challenge the paragraph to include the end of service equivalent.
    Al-Dahlaki said in a statement received by the Federal Court: The prosecutor claimed that the plaintiff, in addition to his job, legislated the first amendment to the Military Retirement Law No. (41) of 2013, and as this amendment has added provisions A new draft law to be based by the Council of Ministers by its resolution No. 411 of 2012 without submission to the government contrary to the provisions of the Constitution.
    The court promised that "these provisions came in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 / IX concerning the end of service indemnity and how to calculate them, and accordingly the claim of the plaintiff must be answered by this body."  
    Dahlaki submitted a request to the House of Representatives, after collecting the signatures of 30 deputies in order to include the paragraph end of service for retired officers, within the budget of 2018, while approved by the House of Representatives and then raise them to finance, while the Ministry of Finance also submitted to the Council of Ministers, which challenged. Ending / 25
