Direct : The US Senate rejected all four proposals on immigration provided by the US President, and rejected the common party law on the same issue, ending any hope of reaching a solution to the issue of migration in the near future.
The four proposals, rejected by most council members, are paving the way for citizenship for what they know as "dreamers" and $ 25 billion for border security and the construction of the US-Mexico wall.
The third is the termination of the Visa Lottery program or the Diversity Visa, and ending the so-called family migration was the fourth.
The bill, presented to the Senate on Thursday, received only 39 votes in favor, compared to 60 votes against.
The US president initially announced that he would sign the immigration proposal that arrived at his office, but later announced his adherence to the four students rejected by the council.
For his part, the leader of the Senate majority said that what happened should not be the end of the issue of migration, "but it is not clear what is the next step."
The bill was also rejected by the Congress, where it received 54 votes missing the right of the majority.
