Ali Akbar Velayati, chief advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ali Khamenei, said on Saturday that the resistance will expel the Americans from East Euphrates, pointing out that the American presence in that region aims to divide Syria into states.
"The Americans are trying to achieve what they call the new Middle East, which is the division and division of countries and the Islamic society," he said in a speech at the conference of the Iraqi Academy for Islamic Unity and its follower. "The Americans are trying to create a NATO base in order to prevent the achievement of Islamic unity, .
"America is about to divide Syria and that is why they are today in the east of the Euphrates," he said. "The Americans know that the resistance front between Iraq, Syria and Lebanon will expel them from the east of the Euphrates."
"The leader of the Islamic revolution, Ali Khamenei, will not allow the Americans and the Zionists to achieve their goals," said Velayati, a former Iranian foreign minister. Ending / 25
