MP revealed a coalition of state law, Mohamed Chihod, on Monday, presented a proposal to the Finance Committee to include all the demands of the political blocs in the budget this year without the need for consensus with the government, noting that the parliament was unable to reach solutions with the government on the adoption of the budget.
The Chihod said in a statement to the information that "the government did not reach any satisfactory solution with the political blocs on the share of oil-producing provinces and other provinces in the budget, which means not to approve the budget on its current situation at all."
"We have submitted a proposal to the Parliamentary Finance Committee, which includes the stabilization of the rights of the oil-producing provinces such as petrodollars and the addition of functional degrees, as well as raising the proportion of customs revenues to border provinces without returning to the government."
He pointed out that "the government's appeal of the decisions of the House of Representatives and amendments to the budget of the Federal Court will highlight the causes of depriving the provinces of their rights and young people of grades." Ending / 25 d
