    A member of the Committee on Services and Reconstruction Parliamentary Abdul Hussein Malak, on Wednesday, the procedures of the Municipality of Baghdad, the demolition of many houses and cut the livelihood of citizens, stressing that the parliament will have a position on the measures of honesty towards citizens.
     
    He said in a press statement that "the Municipality of Baghdad wronged the right of citizens, as it worked on the demolition of houses under the pretext of bypassing and removing stalls vendors hawkers in the areas of Baghdad," noting that "it was safer to build markets and provide yards for hawkers before removing them and cut off their livelihood, Announced a plan to build private markets to contain the sellers.
     
    He added that "the citizen today is puzzled by his order after the secretariat worked on the demolition of his house under the pretext of exceeding the property of the state, where was issued after the removal of violations of the law of sale and lease of state property, which will allow citizens to convert the sex of the land and ownership after payment of the amounts incurred by law.
     
    "The House of Representatives will have a position on the procedures of the Secretariat of Baghdad, where he will serve to host the opinion body in the Secretariat to clarify the procedures for the removal of consultations and the demolition of houses."
