    Baghdad / Sabah / Omar Abdul Latif

    While the Kurdistan Alliance is still adhering to its position and insisting on not attending the parliamentary sessions until its demands are met, the parliamentary finance committee suggested the possibility of voting on the draft general budget for 2018 in Tuesday's session next week, revealing the allocation of 200 million dollars for small income-generating projects.
    Reiterating the right of the employee
    A member of the Finance Committee Magda Abdul Latif al-Tamimi, in an interview for "morning": "Several amendments were made to the budget to ensure greater interest of citizens and employees in general, including the abolition of the paragraph deduction of a percentage of salaries (3.8) Members of the committee and find an alternative to the decline that will be caused by this cancellation, in addition to lifting the restriction on promotions and allowances and delete and development after it came from the government as a natural right to the work of the employee.
    Tamimi added that "the budget included an increase of 144 billion dinars for the disabled victims of terrorism or those who responded to terrorism," and urged "supervisors to sponsor them after the amount allocated to them in the budget of 60 billion only as salaries without providing any assistance to the breadwinner," indicating that " Amount to the emergency reserve clause of 2 trillion dinars.
    The committee member added that "200 million dollars have been allocated for the establishment of small and income-generating projects for the employment of young people instead of remaining unemployed." To the presence of 40 million dollars added to the social welfare network. "
    Tamimi pointed out that "the Kurdistan Alliance is unique to the rest of the parliamentary blocs to object to some paragraphs of the budget, the most important proportion of the region, which should be 13 percent according to the ration card as the standard applied to all Iraqis, instead of the 17 percent in force previously," expected to "vote Parliament on the draft budget in the meeting next Tuesday. "
    Rebalancing the government
    "The Finance Committee told us that within a week, the amendment to the federal budget law of 2018 will end," Speaker of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri announced after Saturday's session.
    In turn, the MP for the State of Law Jassem Mohammed Jaafar, that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives will hold a meeting with the heads of political blocs to discuss the transfer of 1 percent of the budget funds and convince the political blocs need to pass," noting that "failure to reach a solution on the budget will lead to Re-draft the government for a third amendment to it. "
    Jaafar added that "the Kurdish deputies have become fully convinced that the possibility of increasing the proportion of the Kurdistan region and to return to 17 percent as it was," noting at the same time that "the Union of forces is strongly opposed to the amendments that took place."
     Jaafar pointed out that "the continuation of the boycott of political blocs meetings and not to submit to the vote will force the Presidency of Parliament to re-draft the budget law again to the government for the purpose of a third amendment or complete the fiscal year without balancing and work according to Law (12/1) Between {powers} and {Kurds}

    However, the MP for the coalition of Iraqi forces, Ahmad al-Jubouri, likely to pass the budget in the absence of Kurdish deputies, conditional on that to stimulate the National Alliance of deputies to attend and the presence of deputies of the Alliance of Forces. He said Jubouri, in a press statement: "The federal budget will pass by the political majority and the absence of the Kurds," explaining that "the National Alliance if he could stimulate his deputies to attend and the presence of a number of deputies of the Alliance of forces can be passed," noting that "the proportion of 17 percent of the region has become The past despite the insistence of representatives of the Kurds on them. " And while the MP for the bloc of the wisdom of the parliamentary Hassan Khalati, in a statement, that "everyone has the conviction and desire to pass the federal budget for the current year," and expected that "all reach an agreement to pass the budget within the minimum limits of consensus, Lord, attention to that "
    On the other hand, said MP from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Berwan Musleh Khailani: "The demands of the Kurdish blocs within the Constitution does not reduce the value of the budget," excluded "pass it at the moment because of the major differences on them," she said.[/rtl]
