    He said the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers to the need to communicate with the Iraqi talent returning from abroad and pursue their cases, as well as follow up the competencies that are still outside of Iraq and its utilization of them advisory Kjhat or propose projects in various sectors.
    For his part, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Ministers that resorting to the use of single window that can contribute significantly to solving many of the problems faced by returning talent and will be reflected positively on the number of returnees and to benefit from their jurisdiction rare and not available in Iraq.
