    A deputy who knows the media close to Prime Minister Haider Abadi said on Monday that the government agreed with the Turkish side on combating the PKK elements, pointing out that it allowed the incursion of Turkish forces in the north of the country to fight them.
    "The Iraqi government has agreed with the Turkish side in combating PKK elements in northern Iraq," MP Jassem Mohammad Jaafar said in a statement.
    Jaafar pointed out that "elements of the ( PKK ) receive assistance from the Peshmerga forces in the Kurdistan region, in addition to the support and external funding from their sponsors."
    Jaafar added that "the Iraqi government gave way to Turkey in the north of the country to combat the elements mentioned," denying that "this move without the knowledge or approval of the central government in Baghdad." Ending / 25 n
