The parliamentary legal committee confirmed on Tuesday that the decision of the Federal Supreme Court to unconstitutional the abolition of the membership of MP Mohammed al-Tai canceled in exchange for the membership of alternative MP Furat al-Shara.
A member of the committee, Ibtisam al-Hilali, said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the decision of the Federal Supreme Court issued yesterday and ruled under the unconstitutionality of the abolition of the membership of MP Mohammed al-Tai, he canceled in exchange for the alternative MP Farhat al-Shara," noting that "This caused great embarrassment to the deputy alternative".
Al-Hilali added that "it was better for the political bloc that belongs to Al-Tai to wait for the nomination of an alternative until the completion of the legal challenges," adding that "the installation of an alternative was a clear legal violation." Ending / 25
