The MP for the National Alliance Ahmed Salal al-Badri, Wednesday, that the general trend is moving towards forming a government of the political majority during the next session, pointing out that the next government needs to have a positive opposition in parliament.
Al-Badri said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the general trend towards forming a government of the political majority, which includes various components," noting that "the government of national partnership and for 14 years did not provide anything to Iraq."
Al-Badri added that "the majority government does not mean the administration of the country by a component alone, but the participation of blocks in their ideas and the convergence of electoral programs to form a government of the political majority."
"Iraq needs a majority government that produces positive opposition in the House of Representatives," he said, stressing that "the majority government must be fair with all components and put the right man in the right place despite the different component."
Al-Badri said that "the future of Iraq will witness major conflicts between the blocs, especially after the elections there will be a struggle to get seats in the next government, in light of changing the situation from partnership to the political majority." Ending / 25 n
