    [ltr]On Tuesday, the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice issued a clarification on the circumstances and objections that followed the issuance of lists of names covered by the detention procedures in Law (72) of 2017[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Since its establishment in 2004, the Commission has been fully committed to the provisions of the laws and legislations issued by the legislative authority elected by the Iraqi people and its representative, and its role was from the outset as a revealing and not an operational institution," a statement issued by Mawazine News said. The basis of its mandate ".[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Commission explained that "we have followed the statements issued by the Ministry of the Interior, which rejects the special procedures that included the martyr Maj. Gen. Ahmed Sadak Batah al-Dulaimi (the decision of seizure and not confiscation)," stressing the "full commitment to the implementation of the provisions and provisions of the law (72) The Presidency Council, which provided for the inclusion of the governors and directors of security and members of the branches and above and who was the rank of dean in the repressive apparatus in the time of the regime.[/ltr]

    [ltr]According to documents issued by the Accountability and Justice, on Monday, the transfer of movable and immovable property to 4354 as well as confiscation of funds transferred to Saddam Hussein and his family and grandchildren and relatives to the second degree.[/ltr]
