[rtl]The General Authority  of Customs announced on Wednesday the delay and the suspension of the work of the recent measures separation of interpretation and demand and this delays the work of ports.[/rtl]

[rtl]According to a government statement obtained by "Trend Press" on a copy of it, that after the statement issued by the Iraqi ports on the establishment of the General Authority for Customs implementation of procedures to differentiate the interpretation and demand and this delays the work of ports responded to the Authority and stopped and waited to work in the implementation of the procedures that are based on the distinction of goods coming on the back One vessel which obstructs the movement and flow of goods inside the ports and accumulates in squares and warehouses and lengthens the period of stopping ships in the waiting area.[/rtl]

[rtl]She pointed out that "the procedures were unified with one request for all the goods coming on the back of the ship itself, and this procedure greatly facilitates the movement of goods inside the port and expedite the termination of payment transactions and customs clearance."[/rtl]

[rtl]"This helps in the movement of   ships and anchored vessels instead of the ships leaving and reduce the length of their stay the sea is waiting to enter for many days."[/rtl]

[rtl]It is worth mentioning that "this decision had been tried by the Commission to implement earlier in 2017 twice, but he met strong opposition from all relevant parties because it hurts everyone and postponed in time and tried to work now but to no avail."[/rtl]
