An Afghan was captured by a group of Taliban in southeast Afghanistan, killing seven insurgents and fleeing later.
The deputy chief of police in the state of Paktika, Abdel Raouf Masood said in an interview quoted by local media, that Aval Khan, brother of Durai Khan, head of the local police, was a prisoner of the Taliban in the district of Gomel.
On Wednesday night, he was able to steal an automatic rifle from the hands of one of the terrorists assigned to his bodyguard and shot at those who killed 7 gunmen and wounded 18 others.
He was then able to escape on a Taliban vehicle.
