    [ltr]The economic expert Salam Smisem, Saturday, that the activation of the file "domain" will address the budget deficit 2018, calling for a review of space personnel, as happened in the Kurdistan region.[/ltr]

    [ltr]She added that "the deficit found in the budget was caused by the presence of large numbers of astronauts, and the large numbers of administrators, which amounted to more than 3,000 managers, and this is an administrative slack, and the salaries of parliamentarians and retirees from the previous sessions is a strain on the state because they make up 75% Current expenditures ".[/ltr]

    [ltr]She pointed out that "the government imposed taxes on the budget in 2018," pointing out that "these taxes will work to raise the level of inflation, because it will hurt the consumer segment that drives the economy."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The total ceiling of the budget of 2018 is more than the budget of 2017, where the rate of deficit in the new budget about 20% or 22 trillion Iraqi dinars.[/ltr]
