Abbas insulting US ambassador to Israel: "the son of a dog"

Abbas, the US ambassador, was immediately called "the son of the dog" in a televised speech he delivered Monday to the Palestinian leadership at the headquarters of the Palestinian presidency in Ramallah.

For his part, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized Abbas for the US ambassador a "slander", pointing out that Abbas "was shocked by the positions of the current US administration, which has stopped pampering the Palestinians and their leaders."
"In spite of his indecent insults to the members of the Trump administration, the most recent of which was my condemnation of my dear friend Ambassador Friedman, we are committed to the Palestinian people and to the changes that must be applied to coexistence," US Middle East envoy Jason Greenblatt said in a tweet on Twitter in response to Abbas.
