The Baghdad Provincial Council on Wednesday accused the government and the Ministry of Finance of obstructing the implementation of the demands of the residents of the factories who took part in demonstrations for it.
A member of the Council, for the Services Committee, Jasma Azerjawi, in a press statement, "The demands of the people of the labs in Baghdad is the declaration of their area to spend and launch special financial allocations to recover from poor services and the establishment of a hospital."
She added that "the provincial council voted on the declaration of the area of factories and the lifting of the decision to the Council of Ministers for approval," noting that "the Council of Ministers did not put the matter on the agenda so far has not discussed the subject for a long time."
She stressed that "the demands of the people of the labs on services are dependent on the announcement of the judiciary to collect financial allocations that the Ministry of Finance refuses to launch," pointing out that "the Council of Ministers approved the allocation of 10 billion to complete the building of a hospital 400 beds in laboratories, but the Ministry of Finance refused to grant money."
And the area of laboratories demonstrations for the third day in a row demanding the declaration of the city spend and poor service.
