    Border crossings announce the establishment of Al-Qaim crossing in full in preparation for its reopening
    The Border Crossings Authority announced Thursday that the Al-Qaim crossing will be fully cleared by clearing mines and explosive materials for reopening soon.
    "The border crossing was fully prepared by removing mines, explosive materials and remnants of military operations to free the area from armed militants," the agency said in a statement received by Al-Nour News.
    The statement said that "those responsible for the rehabilitation of the port of Qaim border, are joint forces of the Iraqi army and the district commander of the area, pointing to the orders issued by the head of the body, Kadhim al-Aqabi, sending a force of the staff of the Authority to the port, to receive it and the work soon.
