Qatar offers to Russia to participate in the development of gas fields
The country's ambassador in Russia Fahd bin Mohammed al-Attiyah said his
country is proposing to Russian companies to participate in the tender for the development of Qatari gas fields in 2019-2020.
"Russian companies, like other companies, can try to win the tender that will be announced," Al-Attiyah told Russian news agency Novosti.
The Qatari ambassador pointed out that his government calls on all Russian companies working in the fields of energy, industry and tourism to invest in the Qatari economy, including in the field of oil and gas industry and services and infrastructure.
According to Attiyah, the Russian economy is a strong economy and can provide opportunities and capabilities for Qatar.
