    Pro-Syrian militias executed civilians and abducted women in towns such as Urbatna and Saqba in the eastern Guta after the fighters of the revolutionary factions left the Syrian north and the militias entered it. 

    According to Russian press reports, militia members from the town of Jaramana who entered the central sector after the signing of the agreement between the Corps of Rahman and Russia and the exit of the fighters have liquidated about 23 men and the abduction of five women in the village of Kerbatna and taken to an unknown place, in addition to the capture of 150 people from the town of Saqba, Al - Bashaer relief organization.

    The reports added: "There is almost certain information about the capture of prisoners of civilians to the province of Tartous and handed over to the people of officers and elements of the regime who were killed in the battles of the eastern Ghouta to revenge, and there are reports of severe torture and death of some, noting the difficulty of obtaining accurate information. 

    Both Ahrar al-Sham and al-Rahman came to an agreement with Russia stipulating that the fighters would withdraw their weapons to the Syrian north from the Harasta sector, the central sector and the Jubar district, and the survival of those who wanted civilians with guarantees of non-exposure.
