Oil Minister Jabbar Ali Hussein al-Luaibi discussed with Russia's Vice President and regional director, Didier Kasimiro, the expansion of cooperation prospects for the development of oil and gas sector in Iraq.
"The doors of the ministry are open to international companies, including Rose Naft Company to participate in and contribute to investment projects for the rehabilitation of oil pipelines and development of oil fields, and the establishment of refineries according to modern specifications, and the investment of gas accompaniment, and rehabilitation of infrastructure."
For his part, Vice President and Regional Director of Rosneft Russian company "Didier Kasimiro," the readiness of his company to cooperate fully with the ministry and expand the prospects of working with the Ministry of Oil to participate in new projects and the development of the current ones.
