    The parliamentary services committee on Thursday expressed its optimism about Japan's promises to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on the opening of huge economic horizons in the country, stressing that Iraq has the right ground for the establishment of economic projects during the coming period.
    "The promises of Japan are serious and the fact of the construction of strategic projects in Iraq, including the power plant and a plant for the establishment of cars," said the head of the committee, Nazim al-Saadi. "The coming days will witness an industrial, agricultural and commercial revolution that will push major countries, including Japan, An important investment in the country. "
    He added that "Iraq has a fertile land and good human resources and natural resources that allow economic countries to be assured of economic investment operations," noting that "the promises of the Japanese side will be applied on the ground during the coming period."
    Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Thursday that Iraq, just as it had succeeded in eradicating terrorism, would succeed in reconstruction.
