Ba'ath Party Secretary-General Azza al-Douri, in a speech to the Baath Party's 71st birthday on Saturday evening, vowed to target Iraqi politicians and hit the military and economic interests of foreign countries in his country.
"If all the Iraqi detainees are not released, and the seizure of the funds of the former regime is lifted, the abrogation laws and the ban on the Baath will be canceled," he said.
