There are no agreements with the Saudi side."

The General Authority of Customs denied on Wednesday reports that there are agreements with the Saudi side to reduce customs duties between the two countries.
In response to a statement in a number of media outlets on the comments attributed to the head of the Iranian Industry and Trade Authority, Reza Al-Jarashi, in which he pointed out that "Iran has begun to lose the Iraqi market and Saudi Arabia has replaced it" , The General Authority of Customs confirmed that it still collects customs duties from the Saudi side.
The statement added that "the Commission collects the fees in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Tariff Law No. 22 of 2010 on all goods and all devices and there is no preference on the other hand."
"The agreement between Saudi Arabia and Iraq on the reduction of customs duties has led to the loss of the Iraqi market for Iranian companies," the head of the Iranian Industry and Trade Authority, Rida Al-Amhashi, told a press conference.
