    [ltr]The Belgian capital Brussels, on 24 and 25 this month, will host an international donor conference on the Syrian crisis.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Russia, China, the United States, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, as well as the European Union, as well as the UAE, Algeria, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Kazakhstan and Lebanon, are due to be invited, European sources said Friday.[/ltr]
