    [ltr]Gold prices rose Tuesday, but remained near their lowest level in two weeks as demand for the metal as a safe haven was negatively affected by the rise of the dollar, US Treasury yields and the decline of geopolitical fears.[/ltr]
    [ltr]After falling in the previous three sessions, the spot price of gold rose 0.2 percent to $ 1327.20 an ounce by 0632 GMT. Not far from the $ 1321.81 recorded on Monday, the weakest metal since April 6.[/ltr]
    [ltr]US gold futures rose 0.4 percent to $ 1329.20 an ounce.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Palladium rose 0.7 percent on spot trade to $ 985.35 an ounce and platinum rose 0.1 percent to $ 918.[/ltr]
