The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs released 20 juvenile reform departments in March.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Labor Ammar Menem said that the juveniles who were released from the reform departments were divided between seven incidents of abandonment and seven incidents of police release, as well as four incidents of public amnesty and two discriminatory decisions.
He added that the Department nominated 21 events in the post-care program which puts the event under the auspices of special guidance programs before and after the release of three months. He pointed out that the Department has health programs in cooperation with the departments of Baghdad Health Karkh and Rusafa through which 35 events were referred to (42) visits by medical specialists in various medical fields to conduct interviews and check on the state of health events, where (1042) medical inspection in the correctional departments, pointing out that the events practiced various sports under the supervision of officials of sports activity in the sections.
Menem stressed that the ministry is studying the general situation of the beneficiaries of the events in terms of health and psychological aspects and how to evaluate the behavior, as its role is not limited to deposit only, but work on the possibility of integrating events in society through its programs and implementation of the preventive dimension of the law on the care of displaced persons to prevent their arrival To commit misdemeanors.
