    6 - approved a draft law to install property in farmland and orchards are excluded from the work of the settlement, the auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first and 80 / Allenbd II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion Legal Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
