Abadi: unity of the Iraqis won the attempts to divide and divide
06/5/2018 12:00 am [rtl] BAGHDAD / Al-Sabah Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said that Iraqi unity has won the attempts to divide and divide which failed and diversity remains a source of strength, pride and respect, indicating that Iraq has risen and will be a source of radiation for the region and the world. "If it were not for voluntary action, Iraqis would not have achieved the Iraqi miracle and the great victory that the heroic fighters have insisted on sacrificing," Abadi said during a meeting of the Taddex Youth Forum in Baghdad. "The Iraqis who have made the first civilization of humanity are capable of building a new civilization with their unity, courage and youth consciousness," he said, adding that "Iraq has risen and will be a source of radiation for the region and the world.
