Economy News _ Baghdad In the presence of Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zangana and Yuri Santorin, Secretary General of the Organization of Gas Exporting Countries (GCF), the 23rd session of the International Fair for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry opened in Tehran on Sunday. The opening ceremony was also attended by Croatian Economy Minister Martina Dalic, a number of deputies of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly and foreign ambassadors in Tehran. The 23rd session of the International Fair of Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals kicked off in Tehran on Sunday with the participation of some 4,000 local and foreign companies. The exhibition will be held on 80,000 square meters this year, with pavilions for companies from Germany, Italy, Spain, Britain, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Austria and the Netherlands, as well as Iraq, Azerbaijan, Georgia and the UAE. The exhibition will include 1053 rooms representing 38 countries including Azerbaijan, Austria, Spain, UAE, Turkey, Belgium, China, Russia, Japan, Sweden, Britain, Switzerland, France, Croatia, South Korea, Poland, Netherlands, India, Finland, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Kazakhstan, Monaco, Canada, Liechtenstein, Oman, Denmark, Taiwan, Brazil, Malaysia and Singapore. Nasseri said that the exhibition, which will continue until Wednesday, will include the signing of several memorandums of understanding in addition to the organization of press conferences. |
