    Nearly 100,000 Iraqis vote in Iran
    The head of the Independent Electoral Commission in Iran, Haider al-Husseini, said Tuesday that nearly 100 thousand of the Iraqi community will vote on the tenth and eleventh of this month in nine Iranian provinces, noting that the number of voters can increase.
    Al-Husseini said in a press statement that there are 14 electoral centers in nine Iranian provinces where the Iraqi community is present, indicating that according to the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, nearly 100,000 Iraqis have the right to participate and vote in the elections.
    He added that the Iraqi embassy in Tehran expected to visit the number of voters to 130 thousand, adding that the Iraqi community will vote in 15 countries led by Iran, the United States and Turkey.
    Al-Husseini said that the elections will take place on the 12th of this month in Iraq, or abroad, it will be held on 10 and 11, as voters will make the Iraqi community vote, and then will transfer the ballot boxes from the nine provinces to Iraq to be counting and sorting there.
    It is noteworthy that the majority of the Iraqi community in Iran are the Fili Kurds, which successive Iraqi governments in the last three decades of the last century. And compete with the Kurdish and Shiite lists in Iran.
