    [ltr]Prisoners in the capital Baghdad and Diyala began on Thursday to vote in a special ballot to select their representatives in the next parliament.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Diyala commissioner Ahmed Mezban told Mawazine News that "the Diyala operation headquarters opened polling stations, so that 400 prisoners can vote."[/ltr]
    [ltr]A source in the Office of the Electoral Commission Baghdad, the start of the vote of prisoners in the special ballot, referring to the opening of centers in prisons and the presence of local observers.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The special voting process began this morning for all types of armed forces in Baghdad and the provinces.[/ltr]
    [ltr]In the parliamentary elections on Saturday, 320 political parties, coalitions and electoral lists will be contested: 88 electoral lists, 205 political entities and 27 electoral coalitions, through 7,367 candidates.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The parliamentary seats are distributed to the 18 Iraqi governorates according to their respective census. Baghdad receives 71 seats, Ninawa 34, Basra 25, Dhi Qar 19, Sulaymaniyah 18, Babil 17, Erbil 16 and Anbar 15.[/ltr]

    [ltr]While Diyala 14 seats, Kirkuk 13, Najaf, Dahuk and Salahuddin 12 seats each, Diwaniyah, Karbala and Wasit 11 seats in each province, and Maysan 10 seats, and Muthanna 7. Ended 29 / h[/ltr]
