The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI)'s foreign exchange sales fell to 152.19 million dollars on Wednesday, down from 166.27 million dollars on Tuesday, down 14.08 million dollars. 
The Central Bank said in a statement read by "Economy News" that "the exchange rate amounted to 1190 dinars per dollar, in the auction held with the participation of 35 banks, and one company only for financial transfer." 
"The total sales for the day were $ 173.9 million," the central bank said. 
Amounts sold to strengthen bank balances abroad were $ 151.59 million, while cash sales were estimated at $ 600,000.
