    The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday the inclusion of 10 individuals and 4 entities of the Hezbollah militia on terrorism lists, according to the agency "KUNA". 

    An official source at the Kuwaiti foreign ministry said that as part of Kuwait's efforts to combat terrorism and drain its sources, the UN Security Council's Chapter VII Committee on the Implementation of Security Council resolutions on combating terrorism and financing of weapons of mass destruction decided to include four entities and 10 individuals as terrorist groups. 

    The source said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that this action was taken in partnership with the United States of America, the co-head of the Center for Targeting Terrorist Financing with Saudi Arabia, as well as all Gulf countries.

    He added that these measures complement the efforts made by the Center to target the financing of terrorism and the keenness of the State of Kuwait and the Member States to deepen the partnership with the United States to suppress the financing of terrorist groups that pose a threat to the interests and security of the Center's member states. 

    The implementation of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter and the implementation of the resolution of the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council states at the 37th session held in Manama 2016 will be taken in accordance with the Constitution of Kuwait and its laws and regulations Through the concerned authorities in the State.
