[rtl]The statement added that "the law gave the affected parties to appeal the decisions of the Board of Commissioners before the judiciary of the elections in the Federal Court of Cassation, and that the decisions of the Federal Court of Cassation binding on the Commission," stressing that "the Board of Commissioners can not decide the personal requests of the affected deputies or objectors that do not take into account contexts "He said.[/rtl]

[rtl]The statement stressed that "the Board of Commissioners stand at one distance from all, and its keenness to deal seriously and professionally with all electoral complaints submitted in accordance with the legal context," calling "all electoral lists and candidates to abide by the law and the Constitution and follow the legal procedures in the objections.[/rtl]
