    The Department of Investigation of the Integrity Commission revealed the absence of a prison sentence for a female employee in the Directorate of Real Estate Registration in Babil province, to damage the public money by more than 37 billion dinars.
    The Chamber said in a statement that the Criminal Court of Babel issued a judgment in absentia against the fugitive conviction for manipulating the number of properties pledged in the BTI in Babil province, evaluating the properties in an exaggerated manner and establishing different descriptions of the truth.     After reviewing the evidence available in this case, she reached the conviction that the accused was convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison, in accordance with the provisions of article 340 of the Penal Code and in terms of Articles 47, 48 and 49, and to issue an arrest warrant against her.
