The Central Bank of Iraq opened a auction to sell foreign currency on Sunday, selling more than 173 million dollars.
He said in a statement: "The amount sold today amounted to 173 million and 231 thousand and 273 dollars, the exchange rate of 1182 dinars per dollar, and the participation of 37 banks and one company for financial transfer."
He pointed out that "the sale of amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad - as well as cash sale - was the price of 1190 dinars per dollar."
