On the regional reality, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim pointed out that "the region is experiencing a situation of escalation in positions that do not serve any party," calling on all to "assume their responsibilities in the prevention of possible dangers of this escalation and work to bring regional parties to the table of a joint dialogue."
